We’re excited to have partnered with one of the leaders in Educational lead generation to re-launch their affiliate program.
If you are not familiar with Cappex.com, I think you will be soon. Cappex.com takes a bit different approach to education lead generation in that they encourage students with interests in specific educational verticals to apply for scholarships. These scholarship applications are used to qualify the prospective student for partner schools that Cappex.com works with.
If partner schools are interested in a student based on their profile information, they are allowed to contact the student through the Cappex.com interface, which maintains student privacy and avoids spamming.
Cappex.com currently has more than 10 offers in their program with payouts ranging from $.80 – $2.50 per lead. All offers have their own niche-targeted landing pages with easily completed, one step to payout forms. This means high conversion and high EPC (around $50) for affiliates.
Here are some examples of some of the current scholarships Cappex.com is offering and the landing pages they use to convert affiliate traffic.
$1000 Business Careers Scholarship
$1000 “GPA isn’t Everything” Scholarship
$2000 Design Scholarship
$1000 Computer Career Scholarship
$2000 Culinary Career Scholarship
We’re seeking affiliates with high school age traffic as well as adults interested in alternative education paths (trade schools, culinary, etc) on their websites and blogs as well as search and email affiliates.
If you are currently working with companies like Scholarship Experts, FastWeb.com, FreeScholarshipGuide.com, FreeCollegeScholarships.net and Edsoup, we would love to work with you.

2008 Seattle Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk
It’s official! I have formally registered to walk in the Breast Cancer 3-Day in Seattle in September. I’ll be part of the team “Affiliate Marketers Worldwide” with Missy Ward, Jen Goode, and Irene and Tiffany Spaulding. The 3-Day is a sixty mile walk over the course of three days and the net proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust which in turn funds important breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment.
Why am I willing to put myself through such a grueling walk? Although my immediate family has been fortunate in avoiding this particular disease, I have many friends that have battled breast cancer hard and valiantly. Some have joyously won their battles. Some regretfully have not. So in honor of these amazing women who have blessed my life, I will walk in support and in remembrance.
My current fundraising goal for the 3-Day Walk is $2,200. If you are able to, please sponsor me. I would deeply appreciate it!
Thanks,
Karen
GTO Management Welcomes the Geoff and Drew’s Cookies Affiliate Program
We’re super excited here at GTO to announce that Geoff and Drew’s Cookies has joined the GTO Management family!
If you know Karen and I, you know that we are unrepentant “foodies.” One of our goals was to work with a few select gourmet food merchants and we’re stoked to announce that Geoff and Drew’s Cookies is the first.
Geoff and Drew’s is a Boston area company that has been in business since September 2001, when they were launched as “Late Night Cookies” a cookies and milk delivery service. They have grown since but kept their focus on quality and 100% customer satisfaction. This commitment to quality and service is reflected in the accolades they have received from media outlets like Food Network, Rachel Ray Everyday, OK Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, and more. They were also recently inducted into the Boston Business Hall of Fame and have won the “Best Cookies in Boston” award 3 years running. You can check out the press raves and reviews that Geoff and Drew’s has received at http://www.geoffanddrews.com/pages/25_awards_and_press.cfm
Most important to Geoff and Drew’s (and to you, the affiliate) are the accolades they have won from their customers. One of my personal favorites was:
Drew They loved the cookies and they were shared in a tiny office in Saddam Hussein’s former palace belonging to the US Hostage Working Group. They were much appreciated. Bet you never thought your cookies would make it there?!
- Kiersten McCutchan
That’s right, Geoff and Drew’s shipped cookies.. that arrived intact… to a warzone.
Wow
Geoff and Drew’s Cookies affiliate program will launch around April 20th in the Performics affiliate network. If you have a gourmet food site or a site that is into gifting and/or corporate gifting, we’d love to have you on board.
Happy selling!
Wade Tonkin
