FanDuel Affiliate FAQ: My recently created account and deposit aren’t showing. Is something broken?

Q:   “I just clicked on my link, created an account and deposited funds… I don’t see the activity in my reports.  Is something wrong with tracking?”

A: Great question – thanks for asking it!

There are a couple of things potentially at work here that I’ll walk you through.

1.  There is a lag between when a player signs up and posts a deposit and when it shows up in the system.   We send reports up to Income Access several times a day in an automated process – If you have created the account and made the deposit within the last hour, the report may not have been sent up that included your transaction.
2.  If you haven’t completed a “money game” yet,  the system will only show the account creation and deposit activity if you ask it to.   Here’s how – If you click on your account report, then set  the appropriate date range then make sure that “new accounts” is checked, you should see activity include accounts created, deposits, and bonus money withheld.

You can also check for players who have set up accounts but not played using the API Reporting.  There are instructions on how to do this at http://gtomanagement.com/using-the-fanduel-api-feed-reporting-tool-to-view-inactive-players/

If your transactions still aren’t showing after you have waited at least an hour and checked in the places I mentioned above, please give us a call or an email and we’ll get you squared away.
