Demystifying the recent Bowlingshirt.com program term change
I’ve had a few emails in the last couple of days asking what the terms and conditions change was to the CruisinUSA/Bowlingshirt.com affiliate program. Two changes were made, but only one really effects that affiliates – a prohibition of bidding on trademarked terms. As of 1 August 2009, affiliates may no longer bid on the terms Bowlingshirt.com, CruisinUSA.com, www.bowlingshirt.com or www.cruisinusa.com without our written permission.
This restriction applies to all paid search arenas.
